BEDROOMS 
The villa has 3 bedroom suites with their own private entrance and ensuite bathroom. A fourth bathroom for all guests is found on the upper level. The villa can sleep a total of 6 adults and 2 children on day beds.
- Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath.
- Studio Apartment: Queen bed, kitchinette, ensuite bath, opening on pool & ocean view.
- Third Bedroom: 2 Twin beds (or combine to make a double), ensuite bath.
- Day Beds: 2 day beds on the main level.
ENTERTAINING & LIVING SPACES
The grand room [27'x 25'] offers formal living and dining areas and Persian carpets. The entertainment center includes cable TV, DVD player, CD player, and stereo. The dining area can accomodate 8. The music area is a particular favourite with families and musical guests as it boasts a fully restored centenarian Steinway grand piano.
Large wall-to-wall sliding glass doors open the grand room on to the large covered deck [25'x25'] which overlooks the keyhole shaped swimming pool and the Caribbean sea.
The covered deck accommodates up to 6 for seated dining and has lots of room for lounging and entertaining. It offers a unique vantage point for star gazing, ship watching, and whale spotting, and the major event of the day: sunset.
The pool deck has plenty of lounging space, including recliners and chairs. Seascape's pool is one of the largest and deepest on the island - you can even book an introductory Scuba lesson in your very own pool. 
Seascape's greatest asset is the sweeping 180 degree curvature of the earth view of the Caribbean sea, neighbouring islands, and stunning sunsets.
THE KITCHEN
Is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and conventional cooking range. It has all necessary cookware, china, flatware and glasses. It also offers a small bar area.

We arrange for you to be picked up with the keys to the villa and take you to the house. Stops can be arranged at the bank and to obtain a temporary driver's license if needed.

We offer a starter grocery service so that you have food and drinks in your fridge upon arrival. Most travel itineraries will get you to the house just before sunset - with starter groceries you can relax with a cold drink.

Our housekeeper is at the house every morning, Monday to Friday. She is responsible for general cleaning and laundry. Some guests prefer greater privacy and we can arrange for her to come fewer times a week.

Both in-house cooking services ('personal chef') and healthy take-out meals are available. Ask us for more details.

The pool is serviced twice a week and our gardener comes once a week.

We can arrange for a car at the lowest available rates to be at the house upon your arrival, or any other time. Contact us for details.

Our on island manager is just up the road and is there to see to your comfort, and to make your Caribbean villa vacation a memorable one.
RATES & BOOKINGS
Booking periods are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions can be made when there is no scheduling conflict.
The rates indicated below are for your exclusive use of the whole house. Compared to other Montserrat hotels and guesthouses, Seascape Villa is highly affordable for many many times the space and luxury. Many guests bring friends and split the cost of the villa, making it a true find.
- Low season: 15th April to 14th December
- US $ 995 per week for up to two people
- US $1095 per week for 3-4 people
- US $1195 per week for 5-6 people
- High season: 15th December to 14th April
- US $1695 per week for up to two people
- US $1845 per week for 3-4 people
- US $1995 per week for 5-6 people
The Fine Print:
- 7% government tax applies.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival on island. Payment can be made by bank draft, cashier's cheque or direct wire transfer.
- In case of cancellation monies will be refunded if villa is re-rented for the same period. Cancellation insurance can be purchased
